Our story.
We are the Outta Puff Daddys - a bunch of Dads that get Outta Puff dancing, from Brighton, UK, and a global sensation!
First formed in 2012, our crew began as a group of dads brought together by our children’s dance teacher - to have fun and perform a surprise routine at an annual showcase. It was such a joyful experience, we just kept going.
But in 2020, everything changed.
When the original founder stepped away, crew member Paul “JUKEBOX” Jukes - with no formal choreography background - took the lead. Following his own mental health crisis, Paul made a conscious decision to do things differently.
What had started as a fun dance group with strong social bonds then evolved into something even deeper...a space built on openness, honesty and vulnerability.
A space where men could talk.
Support one another.
Be real about how they were feeling.
Today, that same energy is brought to life through social media, live performances and keynote talks - where Paul shares his lived experience and the crew deliver uplifting, high-energy routines that bring people together.
From events and festivals to workplaces and conferences, the focus is always the same: spreading joy, creating connection, encouraging openness, and building stronger, more supportive communities.
Our mission is to spread joy and hope - changing the conversation on mental health. Transforming lives for the better…one dance step at a time.
Our impact.
As a group of men, we have embraced a willingness to speak openly about emotions, struggles and life’s pressures. That honesty has become a lifeline - not just for us within the crew, but for the thousands of people now connected to what we do.
We share this journey publicly, combining joyful dance rouines with real, human conversations about mental health. Paul's vision was simple but powerful - to help others feel less alone (men and women), to highlight the importance of self-care, to show the power of positive community connection, and show that vulnerability is not weakness.
Today, the Outta Puff Daddys represent a cultural shift - proving that openness, connection and emotional honesty can sit comfortably alongside strength, resilience and leadership.
Now reaching over 2 million people every month, our content, alongside Paul’s talks, podcast appearances, panel discussions and work around workplace culture, communication and leadership, is helping challenge outdated ideas and create more open, connected environments.
Paul’s work has been recognised by the Mental Health Foundation, who accredited him as an Ambassador - a reflection of the authenticity and impact behind what we do.
Our story has been shared across global press, television and podcasts, but the real impact is in the messages we receive daily - from people who feel seen, supported and, in some cases, saved. In the UK, suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 45. It’s a stark reminder of why this matters.
This is not just dancing.
This is not just content.
This is connection.
This is community.
This is cultural change.
And there is still more to do.

A keynote talk that moves you.
Paul "JUKEBOX" Jukes - leader of the Outta Puff Daddys and Ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation - delivers powerful, lived-experience keynote talks that go far beyond awareness.
These are not traditional talks.
They are honest, human and deeply relatable - creating space for people to reflect, open up and reconnect with themselves and those around them. Key moments focus on the importance of self-care and how true communication can benefit us all, at work and in life.
Drawing from his own journey, Paul speaks about mental health, identity, pressure and resilience in a way that resonates with all audiences. His approach blends storytelling, humour and real-life insight to challenge outdated thinking and encourage more open, connected cultures.
The impact goes beyond the moment.
- Teams can then communicate better.
- Leaders can then lead with greater empathy and awareness.
- People can then feel more able to be themselves.
Paul’s talk can support organisations in strengthening wellbeing, communication and leadership, helping to build environments where people don’t just perform - they genuinely thrive.
Delivered across leadership events, conferences and workplace initiatives, Paul's talks can also be paired with an uplifting Outta Puff Daddys crew performance for a truly unique and uplifting experience.
If you’re looking for something that genuinely lands, and creates lasting change, this is it. For availability, fees and further information, please get in touch.

How YOU can support Paul.
Much of what you see - the content, the performances, the talks and the community - is driven by the commitment of our crew leader, Paul “JUKEBOX” Jukes.
While some elements of this work are paid, a huge proportion happens behind the scenes, unpaid and voluntary - and that’s what keeps everything moving.
It’s the hours spent:
- supporting people privately through messages and conversations
- creating and editing content that reaches millions
- planning sessions, rehearsals and events
- developing ideas that help people open up and connect
- showing up consistently for the crew and the wider community
This is the work people don’t always see, but it’s where so much of the real impact lives.
To continue growing this movement sustainably, Paul is now looking for a regular monthly corporate sponsor - a brand that wants to align with a purpose-driven, positive movement and benefit from meaningful storytelling, visibility and cultural impact.
Alongside this, if you’re an individual who believes in what we’re doing and would like to support the journey, you can also contribute via Paul's GoFundMe page.
Every bit of support helps keep this moving forward - reaching more people, creating more connection, and continuing to make a difference.
THANK YOU.
